Duplicating Successful Revenue Streams - How??

Posted by ncmedia in: Making Money Baby!

It’s one of the most sought after prized lifestyles one can imagine - Building an empire on autopilot and virally duplicating your success by literally duplicating revenue streams.

Sounds crazy doesn’t it? Kids are becoming millionaires at the click of a mouse - now it’s more like at the lack of a click and at the mercy of affiliate marketers doing the work for you - or being an affiliate marketer and simply knowing how to flip offers for cheap/free with traffic.

Creating your first ever automated revenue stream is just like making your first million they say. Once you make your first million - making more and duplicating your success can seem rather easy. That first website you build or landing page you master or keyword you dominate which translates to an abundance of lucrative traffic is becoming more and more difficult as our industry opens its doors to a new boom of marketers.

Once you’ve been around the block a bit, and tried everything from online to offline to door to door sales to webinars and seminars, to coaching sessions and high priced products, you know darn well what type of industry this can be. Bypassing all the skimming, tracking problems, corrupt networks, shady TOS and T&C and payment terms, reversals, chargebacks, getting canned by the network, getting mass frauded, the list just goes on… But somewhere in that jungle of faceless scams and trickery, is an endless goldmine of profits that is available to ANYONE with the right combination of skills and talents.

If you can put up a site that promotes a good offer which pays you $50 per sale, and you make 4 sales a week (VERY reasonable and easy to achieve), that’s an extra $10400 a year in your pocket - and trust me if you can build ONE site that converts, you can build 10-100 too. Perhaps not all will perform, however if even 25% of your portfolio of sites converts well, you’re easily breaking into the six figure a year earners bracket.

So today I want to take you through my day and show you a little insight into how I manage and operate my passive income streams, and continue to dominate my destiny by duplicating what is working (and oooh it’s working!).

I usually wake up 10am-1pm, sometimes 6am-9am depending on what mode I’m in. See, I have a ‘production mode’ where I’m caught in a design and media creative trance/binge and won’t sleep for days on end, or sleep very little (I and most like me work better at night). Then I have a research and business mode where I’m up early, tending to all the support needs my affiliates and customers have, as well as setting up new partnerships, JV’s, top level communications etc. This requires your sharp hat and I cannot be stuck in my design trance while juggling this stuff too. Then I have a ‘do nothing’ mode where I literally enjoy and relax most of my day because everything is automated and there are no new product launches happening at the moment (very rare lately)…

My life has turned into a mish mash of doing what I love (creative media production), plus dealing with an amazing group of fellow marketers (my affiliate team), and having to problem solve a lot (another passion and outlet for my creative side). My life has also turned into more of the same - which I love most - meaning I’m still in charge of my day, every day, all day, and am responsible to nobody but ME (ok and mr. taxman - that bugger). However now it’s on a different level, the money is on a different level, the competition is on a different level, and even if I wanted to - nothing is going to stop the viral effect that my studio and product line are going through.

I’ve managed to cut through the bullshit, found a network that works (most of the time), that doesn’t make it hard or fill you with redtape on how to earn. I’ve gathered a group of strong like-minded people to grow with me, and more come daily now on their own as they see my slate snowballing to bigger levels… Success then starts to attract success, and this snowball now also includes a flood of other publishers wanting to partner and or get representation by me (something I’ve stopped doing, I’m hoping I never have a webdesign client ever again to be honest).

So in short - it’s possible, it’s not a sham, it’s not just a bunch of nice websites, it’s money, freedom, time to do what I want, a way of life that is uncomparable and not understood by the avg 9-5 folks, and sometimes even I sit back with a stupid smile and can’t believe it’s real…

That first little milestone you reach when you become a good affiliate marketer or publisher, is literally enough to sweep you away and you’ll never look back. It can be the difference between you continuing to try to bank a few hundred a week extra to a whopping amount of money that no corporation could ever imagine giving you in a salary.

Don’t stop pursuing your dream to live large, the money is still not the end goal for me - I have some :) The journey I’m going through and the way I get to live and spend my TIME is the most important aspect in the world. In my opinion too many people are influenced and conditioned to be robots and zombies - WAKE THE **** UP PEOPLE! You only get one shot at this thing called life, aren’t you worth more than $xx,xxx a year for god knows how many years to be a slave?

If you work at a 9-5, I’d like for you to dig deep and ask what it is exactly that your work does at the end of the day, does it help people or just provide some unneeded service that is just marketable? The power to put together online revenue streams, have them automated, and duplicate is probably a LOT easier to do than your 9-5 job, and the rewards are much bigger (including not having a boss, and again it’s YOUR time/life - to do what you please).

Take a good look into the world of online passive income generation - and take it with caution - because there are many millionaires that try to sell you their ’secrets’, which are nothing more than them getting rich by selling you this product to begin with. Instead, buy into the notion that whatever it is THAT guru is doing, you can do too.

In fact, that’s a great way to end this post - WHATEVER YOU SEE ANYONE AROUND YOU DOING - YOU CAN TOO. It’s a big world of opportunity out there, and an ever bigger one in here (online), you don’t have to be physically fit or an athlete, you don’t have to be a genius, you don’t have to be a nerd, you just have to have passion and understand how this world works.

Your Media Boy,
NC.

Closing Your Blog? I’m Thinking About It!

Posted by ncmedia in: Top Level Random Posts

This blog isn’t even 100% finished yet re structure and links etc., and I’m already considering closing it up. Why? Well, at the end of the day, this industry is known for both showing your status and spot, as well as documenting your success. More importantly for me though, this business is about automation. My version of status and spot, is to get the fcuk off these computers in the near future. Ever hear a guru try to teach you that? Yep, I said it, my goal and aim, is to go from where I am now into epic levels through quality partners and a big enough greased wheel to allow me to free myself from gazing into a screen(s) all day.

This blog doesn’t make any direct money, it has a couple referral links here and there, and perhaps also helps recruit into my affiliate programs, however the novelty is wearing off and frankly - updating this thing is fun at most, daunting at least. I’m even starting to chuckle to myself that I named and branded this with so much bling and wow factor.. . …

Perhaps I thought “Ok, it’s been 12 years, start a blog already, tell some stories, educate a few people, have some fun, and yes you’ll need it to recruit and get noticed in this industry”. Realistically, this blog hasn’t really done jack shyte for me other than remind me that I ‘gotta do a blog post’ every other day/week. The value of these things can be high, however the overall experience for a publisher to try to keep a blog, and get personal on it as well as mix in some business, has become a bunch of BS.

Having said that, I have no idea where this blog will go from here, you might just see the domain forwarded somewhere else shortly, or I might overhaul it again and stop the bling/money approach - I’m starting to enjoy my free time, and maximizing it for personal or more business reasons - documenting my success shall happen in other ways for me I think.

True automation is quite difficult in any form of business. The only real robots are the machines that enable factories to speedline their products. Every single publisher/merchant/affiliate I know still has a lot of day to day tasks no matter how much you automate your systems. Customer support, retention strategies, competitive intel, new campaigns, skimmers/fraud/refund enthusiasts, technical glitches/hacks, copyright infringement, the list goes on. These short lived spurts of income can become distant if you stop the chase, and I’m finally realizing that focusing on a set of valuable programs with one to one customer support is the true way to success. Not blogs, not recruiting in mass, launching more ebooks, but focusing on developing a relationship with nothing but quality people AND customers.

I will always be available through the Niche Choppers forum, and this domain may in fact get forwarded there in the near. This all stems from a huge launch for a new product/service happening tomorrow. Blogging is not something I really want to do anymore simple as that. It’s been ‘fun’, it’s been crappy at times when getting tons of bots posting bullshit comments/links, it’s been a bitch to try to finish, and it’s been fun keeping in touch with some of you guys through here.

Thank you,
N.

How much money is ‘enough’ to walk away with your Inernet marketing prize…?

Posted by ncmedia in: Making Money Baby!

Reflecting on the many ventures i’ve been getting involved in over recent years, I recall sitting on a plane going to Vancouver with my associate Vadim beside me, and we were talking about how we live online. . … At first it was a good little chuckle but then we broke it down and I found myself quite taken back actually. It’s true - for the past 11 or so years, i’ve pretty much both made my living, and literally ‘lived’ online - for up to 70+ hrs STRAIGHT sometimes I might add! As the conversation continued we talked about the perks and consequences of our field, our goals, and looked through about 3-5 business magazines during that flight - critiquing and analyzing success stories

We were comparing our ventures, and those of conglomerate media companies or bluechips but obviously on a much smaller level. Questions started coming to mind about ‘how ”much” is enough - to consider yourself successful and walk away with your prize?’ The conversation stemmed out to a few other seats - and some interesting responses arose- $10million, **$100K a year ***$400 a day - ****I would never sell… Made me really think about this for myself. I’ve done the six figure salaries - I’ve done the whopping 20K in weekend campaigns, I’ve also had horrible years where I lost money though…. While my answer is still undefined - I would think to have enough to literally do anything at any time with your time would be ‘enough’. So After 11 years of doing this ’stuff’ - I’ve actually somewhat ‘been there’ for quite a while! My views are skewed in most peoples eyes because I monetize my time in a very different way compared to most… .. hmm expand on that:

Think about your day job - think about a one month term - ask yourself these questions:

*How many hours in 4 weeks are spent driving to/from work?
*How much money is spend on gas?
*What about your lunches, foods, snacks, coffees, perks…
*How much time in your day do you actually do ‘hard work’ that is challenging and rewarding?

I’ve eliminated ALL of the above for many years of my life (well - still gotta eat!!) - I’ve preserved my income well and most importantly, I am IN CHARGE of my time. Even if I didn’t make a dime more than I did today ever again - It’s actually more than enough! Having said that - I’m at a point in my career where a LOT of my ventures are about to overlap into a big funnel for plenty of automated revenue streams. When this happens, and if done correctly - it should equate to a self replicating or duplicating blueprint to ‘more than enough’ money to go around.. .. ….

A recent program I launched has made 2 people TODAY ALONE - over $1000 each. Do you have ANY idea how good it feels for me to be able to say that? Though I did not do it alone and have a partner, who I’m SURE feels the same way - The fact that someone takes what my studio creates - and markets the product juuuuust right - to enable double digit sales with their first campaign on day three of our launch, is just a heartfelt truth about this industry sometimes. The funny thing is - I have NO IDEA who they are! See - at networks like ClickBank - you cannot contact your affiliates through their system. So over the years I’ve been using my own methods to recruit, train and keep in touch with my big earners - but even then - when you have 10 or so program with clickbank - you literally have 1000’s of affiliates to watch, and you see who the stronger ones are right away… . .. So having said that - I don’t know about 90% of my affiliates - wow as I think about that - THAT is leverage! Do I want to know them? SURE! Would I take a day to meet with them someday - OF COURSE! In fact - I would love to (and just might) throw a HUGE shindig and seminar for FREE for all my people someday… yeh.

Anyway, so these guys are on their way to potentially making over 1K a day now - for who knows how long - but it could be forever! Even if it’s only for a year - $365,000 is a LOT OF MONEY! Give me 4 years and I’m out.. . … So as my affiliate pool gets bigger, and as this new product takes off with a bang - I’m going to come back to this post in ONE YEAR and let you guys know how much my top earners have made over the year. In turn - I will also disclose how much the campaign has brought the internal team as well - if we can get 1000 people making 1K a day - oh boy!!

Feel free to drop a comment with how much YOU feel is ‘enough’ to do what you want day to day. Is 1K a day enough? $200? $50? $4,000???

How Do I Make Money Online With My Blog? Explode Your Profits For Free!

Posted by ncmedia in: Affiliate Marketing 101, Making Money Baby!

Make Money Online With BlogsYou’ve seen them, you’ve been ‘wowed’ by their power and by the amazing CMS (Content Management Systems) capabilities, and now you’re wondering “Do these guys really make any money with this stuff? It’s just some opinions and some text and some graphics/banners/aff link…?”.

Truthfully? You can make millions from these blogs - especially once you make your first one and prove that you can profit from it. Do I make millions with this one? Nope, not yet anyway - my blog has been up for a few months, during that time, one month it was down due to a server switch and careful customization/setup, and even now as I write, the blog itself is still NOT complete… However, having said that - blogs can be made into a wonderful income generator if they are setup properly…

1. If you are promoting someone elses product as an affiliate, it is relatively easy to get yourself a blog or wordpress theme, and buy a relative domain name to forward it to. The more SEO you throw at it, or the more plugins you get to help, the better! IF you are making it product centric, you can easily convert clicks and not deviate from your goal to monetize the offer you are pushing.

2. This is what I see most- and I KNOW it does not yield optimum results. If you set up a ‘make money online’ free blog with no customization or flare, just another plain blog, and throw tons of products on it, say by making it a review site - your efforts will be short lived imo. I think the biggest mistake I’m seeing is when people make blogs with 10 or so products, and promote 2-3 of those products in articles, youtube etc. just to get clicks to the blog first. Once at that blog, the person is distracted and tempted with 10 other products that you have endorsed… Chances are you just lost them before they even got to your site. If you heavily endorse a product, create your blog around THAT product and only THAT product, do not let the reader be distracted by any other offers or exits, leave them with as little room as possible for ‘decision making’.

3. LEARN SEO - Even if that means spending two-three weeks in advance of creating your blog - you MUST understand SEO so you can target keywords in various ways throughout your posts to attract your targeted visitors. If you do not know SEO - you might be setting yourself up for failure before you even start.

4. Do NOT create 10 blogs and interlink them - at least not yet. Your first task is to understand how they work, what the possibilities and restrictions are, and to MASTER your first blog so you can create others with just as much density and SEO. Otherwise you’ll have many ‘mediocre’ blogs and no matter how many you make it won’t make a difference for backlinks and quicker raises in your results.

5. Nowadays there are auto content generators, auto commenting in do follow blogs, auto searches and keyword stuffs… so many little tricks and fake generators that you can probably notice the difference right away as any reader would. This is not ideal - Your blog should be filled with useful, original and great content that YOU yourself have written or acquired - do NOT steal or imitate others ideas and posts, simply BE ORIGINAL and google/other SE’s will love it.

6. Don’t forget, google, msn, yahoo search engine bots are like a 6 year old, they do not like to be confused, yet they get confused easily so your objective is not to trick them knowingly, but to rather give them exactly what they want - feed them in a way that will not confuse them or put them in a loop.

7. Branding - I can talk about this one forever so I will make it brief. Notice how my blog is quite original and you will not find one like it elsewhere (unless people start copying it). The better job you can do with your branding, the more readership you will attract, and the more respect/authority you will portray. Nobody likes looking at stale or standard templates no matter how good your content is, make sure your blog is at least well put together and well thought out visually. Logo, colors, typography sets, graphics, taglines, white space, etc.

8. Sometimes I feel that those who have absolutely NO intention of monetizing their blogs get the most attention. Why? Because their objective is pure - they give google and others real content to index that is clearly not an ‘ad’ or meant to monetize… Google might be like a 6 year old, however you must think - how many webmasters try to take advantage of it everyday with potent SEO tricks? Their algorithm changes a lot and though it acts like a 6 year old, it’s filter to crap is that of a world leading veteran… So - content is king after all - make sure your content is GREAT and you will succeed. Take time with your writing, take time with your formatting, take time with thinking about what to write. Get a lil’ personal, that works well for me. Write to your readers on a one to one, tell them a story, bring them into your world a little deeper than others, and YOU - will have them hooked and subscribing to your feed in no time.

9. I’m sorry that this post does not have a clear step by step of how to make money with your blog - so in closing, there are countless ways to monetize it including:

*Get a clickbank or paydotcom or CJ or linkshare or shareasale or other network account (free).
*Pick a sector of business or life in general that you love, and start acquiring the top 3 products in that sector. You will soon be promoting these products and affiliate links from your ‘one to one’ blog.
*Get adsense - this is only going to make you pennies per click however if your blog goes HUGE - it can be a good little stream of income.
*Advertise for people - allow a banner spot or 2 or 10 with pricing for each.
*Offer reviews of products for a fee - your client will have a professional review, backlinks to their site and most people will read it before buying as they research what they are about to purchase…
*Sell your own ebook/digital product and get a paypal account, you can create PayPal buttons right in your posts and collect directly from your blog.
*If your blog is for a good non-profit cause, put a ‘donation’ button/box in all your posts or on your interface somewhere.

A good scenario: You get a blog, about life - it costs you $10 - lets say you get www.allaboutlife.com <<I’m sure that’s not available but good example. Now you can write all about life and endorse anything and everything.

Now you get an account somewhere like clickbank, pick a product YOU LOVE << get a domain name for it. Now promote that domain in your blog :) Here is a video to better explain this:

I must finish as it’s long weekend here in Toronto and I can here the firecrackers starting to go off so I’m gone to the beach to watch the show! Enjoy and I hope this teaches you enough that you get inspired to go to blogger or wordpress and start on one tonight!!

Cheers everyone and God Bless.
Norb.
