Duplicating Successful Revenue Streams - How??

Posted by ncmedia in: Making Money Baby!

It’s one of the most sought after prized lifestyles one can imagine - Building an empire on autopilot and virally duplicating your success by literally duplicating revenue streams.

Sounds crazy doesn’t it? Kids are becoming millionaires at the click of a mouse - now it’s more like at the lack of a click and at the mercy of affiliate marketers doing the work for you - or being an affiliate marketer and simply knowing how to flip offers for cheap/free with traffic.

Creating your first ever automated revenue stream is just like making your first million they say. Once you make your first million - making more and duplicating your success can seem rather easy. That first website you build or landing page you master or keyword you dominate which translates to an abundance of lucrative traffic is becoming more and more difficult as our industry opens its doors to a new boom of marketers.

Once you’ve been around the block a bit, and tried everything from online to offline to door to door sales to webinars and seminars, to coaching sessions and high priced products, you know darn well what type of industry this can be. Bypassing all the skimming, tracking problems, corrupt networks, shady TOS and T&C and payment terms, reversals, chargebacks, getting canned by the network, getting mass frauded, the list just goes on… But somewhere in that jungle of faceless scams and trickery, is an endless goldmine of profits that is available to ANYONE with the right combination of skills and talents.

If you can put up a site that promotes a good offer which pays you $50 per sale, and you make 4 sales a week (VERY reasonable and easy to achieve), that’s an extra $10400 a year in your pocket - and trust me if you can build ONE site that converts, you can build 10-100 too. Perhaps not all will perform, however if even 25% of your portfolio of sites converts well, you’re easily breaking into the six figure a year earners bracket.

So today I want to take you through my day and show you a little insight into how I manage and operate my passive income streams, and continue to dominate my destiny by duplicating what is working (and oooh it’s working!).

I usually wake up 10am-1pm, sometimes 6am-9am depending on what mode I’m in. See, I have a ‘production mode’ where I’m caught in a design and media creative trance/binge and won’t sleep for days on end, or sleep very little (I and most like me work better at night). Then I have a research and business mode where I’m up early, tending to all the support needs my affiliates and customers have, as well as setting up new partnerships, JV’s, top level communications etc. This requires your sharp hat and I cannot be stuck in my design trance while juggling this stuff too. Then I have a ‘do nothing’ mode where I literally enjoy and relax most of my day because everything is automated and there are no new product launches happening at the moment (very rare lately)…

My life has turned into a mish mash of doing what I love (creative media production), plus dealing with an amazing group of fellow marketers (my affiliate team), and having to problem solve a lot (another passion and outlet for my creative side). My life has also turned into more of the same - which I love most - meaning I’m still in charge of my day, every day, all day, and am responsible to nobody but ME (ok and mr. taxman - that bugger). However now it’s on a different level, the money is on a different level, the competition is on a different level, and even if I wanted to - nothing is going to stop the viral effect that my studio and product line are going through.

I’ve managed to cut through the bullshit, found a network that works (most of the time), that doesn’t make it hard or fill you with redtape on how to earn. I’ve gathered a group of strong like-minded people to grow with me, and more come daily now on their own as they see my slate snowballing to bigger levels… Success then starts to attract success, and this snowball now also includes a flood of other publishers wanting to partner and or get representation by me (something I’ve stopped doing, I’m hoping I never have a webdesign client ever again to be honest).

So in short - it’s possible, it’s not a sham, it’s not just a bunch of nice websites, it’s money, freedom, time to do what I want, a way of life that is uncomparable and not understood by the avg 9-5 folks, and sometimes even I sit back with a stupid smile and can’t believe it’s real…

That first little milestone you reach when you become a good affiliate marketer or publisher, is literally enough to sweep you away and you’ll never look back. It can be the difference between you continuing to try to bank a few hundred a week extra to a whopping amount of money that no corporation could ever imagine giving you in a salary.

Don’t stop pursuing your dream to live large, the money is still not the end goal for me - I have some :) The journey I’m going through and the way I get to live and spend my TIME is the most important aspect in the world. In my opinion too many people are influenced and conditioned to be robots and zombies - WAKE THE **** UP PEOPLE! You only get one shot at this thing called life, aren’t you worth more than $xx,xxx a year for god knows how many years to be a slave?

If you work at a 9-5, I’d like for you to dig deep and ask what it is exactly that your work does at the end of the day, does it help people or just provide some unneeded service that is just marketable? The power to put together online revenue streams, have them automated, and duplicate is probably a LOT easier to do than your 9-5 job, and the rewards are much bigger (including not having a boss, and again it’s YOUR time/life - to do what you please).

Take a good look into the world of online passive income generation - and take it with caution - because there are many millionaires that try to sell you their ’secrets’, which are nothing more than them getting rich by selling you this product to begin with. Instead, buy into the notion that whatever it is THAT guru is doing, you can do too.

In fact, that’s a great way to end this post - WHATEVER YOU SEE ANYONE AROUND YOU DOING - YOU CAN TOO. It’s a big world of opportunity out there, and an ever bigger one in here (online), you don’t have to be physically fit or an athlete, you don’t have to be a genius, you don’t have to be a nerd, you just have to have passion and understand how this world works.

Your Media Boy,
NC.

From $0 to $12,500 In 15 Days, NO Adspend! **My New ClickBank Record

Posted by ncmedia in: Making Money Baby!

Hey family, I know that many of you are going to look at this post and wonder why the heck I would up my earnings so boldly or proudly… . .. See in our world (affiliate marketing) - it is very important to both document your successes and prove to the world that making a living online is MORE than possible, to further motivate yourself, and reset your goals for the next level of success… .. …

I’m proud to say that we launched a program 2 weeks ago with NO adspend, just time, talent, and people (and people skills!).

ClickBank
I swear under any and every law made against forgery or misconception that this screen shot is real, not edited or touched in any way, and current…

To some of you - this is perhaps average, or not enough, or you’ve made a lot more in 15 days - however to most of you - this is absolutely luda right? If you’re not into online marketing or don’t have a clue what our world is all about - as you live your life and do the 9-5 thing, then you will look at the above in awe and always wonder a) Is it real? b) Is it possible? c) Can I do this?? - The answer is ‘yes’ to all three.

In my world - I am viewed as an important player for the monetization of a program to take effect and succeed. I am an artist, a producer, a marketer, a manager, a recruiter, a publisher, an affiliate gone wild, yet I…. am NO different than YOU.

This program above - has also paid out over 30K in affiliate commission - 30K in 15 days!! The best part of all this? I get emails and messages from people all over the world that I’ve never met - thanking me for helping them here or there to adjust their campaigns and now they earn enough to do this full time and not worry about money!! Sounds like every marketing pitch out there I know… but I’m smiling and shaking my head right now as I reflect on this past two weeks, and think about the next 2 months! Some of these guys have had 1K days, some guys that did email blasts made $3-4K in 24hrs… How many others will I help potentially stop having to work? How many units of our upcoming products are now going to sell faster? How big is my affiliate pool going to get if this program is soo hot?!!

There have been times where I found myself at a bank deposing over 20K checks for one huge contract that will take me x months to produce/finish/revise/maintain/update/etc. - However THIS is 100% automated revenue - 100% clean with no spend, and the only thing I found myself doing post launch, was helping new comers pop their clickbank cherry and sending them off into the wild jungle we call affiliate marketing. Now I don’t know about you - but I would rather help people make money all day, and grow in this game, and potentially make 100K in a few months in the process rather than do work for one client and be stuck to them forever…. So now - in time - a few affiliate managers will be put into place, paid well to do what we would internally do day to day, and fully automate this so we can focus on next moves.

It’s interesting, I’m reflecting now on the xx programs that I’ve launched to date - some of them were EXTREMELY timely buildouts, long R&D sessions, extensive asset/resources for aff’s, and months of preparation… However this one wasn’t one of those.. . … this one was rather quick and we didn’t have nearly the amount of time we’d like to have pre-launch, yet it’s one of the fastest growing to date. The growth has been natural too, not one huge spike, but everyday another 5-15 new affiliates convert, and everyday our strength in the markets penetrates deeper. So kudos in turn to all of you that have stuck around through the thick and thin with any of my programs, and thank you for your involvement.

If you’re reading this, and it inspired you. I’d like you to take a second and visit my homebase where all my products are lined up ready and waiting to be monetized by people working from home/computers - http://www.nichechoppers.com - It’s not all that hard, and if you’re new, I have guides and step by steps to get you going with no money or expense (perhaps just a domain name - $10)…

Thank you family,
NC.

How much money is ‘enough’ to walk away with your Inernet marketing prize…?

Posted by ncmedia in: Making Money Baby!

Reflecting on the many ventures i’ve been getting involved in over recent years, I recall sitting on a plane going to Vancouver with my associate Vadim beside me, and we were talking about how we live online. . … At first it was a good little chuckle but then we broke it down and I found myself quite taken back actually. It’s true - for the past 11 or so years, i’ve pretty much both made my living, and literally ‘lived’ online - for up to 70+ hrs STRAIGHT sometimes I might add! As the conversation continued we talked about the perks and consequences of our field, our goals, and looked through about 3-5 business magazines during that flight - critiquing and analyzing success stories

We were comparing our ventures, and those of conglomerate media companies or bluechips but obviously on a much smaller level. Questions started coming to mind about ‘how ”much” is enough - to consider yourself successful and walk away with your prize?’ The conversation stemmed out to a few other seats - and some interesting responses arose- $10million, **$100K a year ***$400 a day - ****I would never sell… Made me really think about this for myself. I’ve done the six figure salaries - I’ve done the whopping 20K in weekend campaigns, I’ve also had horrible years where I lost money though…. While my answer is still undefined - I would think to have enough to literally do anything at any time with your time would be ‘enough’. So After 11 years of doing this ’stuff’ - I’ve actually somewhat ‘been there’ for quite a while! My views are skewed in most peoples eyes because I monetize my time in a very different way compared to most… .. hmm expand on that:

Think about your day job - think about a one month term - ask yourself these questions:

*How many hours in 4 weeks are spent driving to/from work?
*How much money is spend on gas?
*What about your lunches, foods, snacks, coffees, perks…
*How much time in your day do you actually do ‘hard work’ that is challenging and rewarding?

I’ve eliminated ALL of the above for many years of my life (well - still gotta eat!!) - I’ve preserved my income well and most importantly, I am IN CHARGE of my time. Even if I didn’t make a dime more than I did today ever again - It’s actually more than enough! Having said that - I’m at a point in my career where a LOT of my ventures are about to overlap into a big funnel for plenty of automated revenue streams. When this happens, and if done correctly - it should equate to a self replicating or duplicating blueprint to ‘more than enough’ money to go around.. .. ….

A recent program I launched has made 2 people TODAY ALONE - over $1000 each. Do you have ANY idea how good it feels for me to be able to say that? Though I did not do it alone and have a partner, who I’m SURE feels the same way - The fact that someone takes what my studio creates - and markets the product juuuuust right - to enable double digit sales with their first campaign on day three of our launch, is just a heartfelt truth about this industry sometimes. The funny thing is - I have NO IDEA who they are! See - at networks like ClickBank - you cannot contact your affiliates through their system. So over the years I’ve been using my own methods to recruit, train and keep in touch with my big earners - but even then - when you have 10 or so program with clickbank - you literally have 1000’s of affiliates to watch, and you see who the stronger ones are right away… . .. So having said that - I don’t know about 90% of my affiliates - wow as I think about that - THAT is leverage! Do I want to know them? SURE! Would I take a day to meet with them someday - OF COURSE! In fact - I would love to (and just might) throw a HUGE shindig and seminar for FREE for all my people someday… yeh.

Anyway, so these guys are on their way to potentially making over 1K a day now - for who knows how long - but it could be forever! Even if it’s only for a year - $365,000 is a LOT OF MONEY! Give me 4 years and I’m out.. . … So as my affiliate pool gets bigger, and as this new product takes off with a bang - I’m going to come back to this post in ONE YEAR and let you guys know how much my top earners have made over the year. In turn - I will also disclose how much the campaign has brought the internal team as well - if we can get 1000 people making 1K a day - oh boy!!

Feel free to drop a comment with how much YOU feel is ‘enough’ to do what you want day to day. Is 1K a day enough? $200? $50? $4,000???

Generous Marketing | How Being Nice Can SkyRocket Your Business | Marketing With Knowledge & Giveaways

Posted by ncmedia in: Branding & Design, Making Money Baby!, Top Level Random Posts

It’s funny nowadays that so many pirates have polluted forums, infested networks, taken control of the industry and consider themselves ‘the elite’ if there is such a thing… Some of these people are simply what I like to call ‘Virtual land owners’ - Their real estate online is ‘hot’ - they monetize by simply ‘being there’ with a great .com and a big head start in the industry… Lucky them huh? They get free user generated content, discussions, rantings, bashings, advice, chatting, creating pages and pages of backlinks and keyword stuffing << I just did it actually, just by trying to describe this process, go look up ‘generous marketing’ - .5million + results and I’m on page one within 2 hours (at time of this posting I’m at #3 - this lil’ blog of mine has some ‘juice’! **EDIT: now on page 2 ((the following day)) - however google sometimes reindexes or crawls and updates if you add/change pages, so generous marketing keyword << goes there, let’s see if re-adding the phrase “generous-marketing” a few times and changing my headline makes a difference and bumps me up again, I will update this part tomorrow or the next day) ((EDIT #2 - Following day - Now I’m on Page 1 - result #2!! this is for both google.ca and .com - it….worked;)) … Anyway so you think that if you could just get a site that gives you free content auto-generated and indexed quick, you can just throw some adsense in there - or some affiliate programs - or both (not recommended), that you can cash in the online cow and auto-pilot your revenue right?

Let’s take a different approach on things for a second though. Let’s talk about just good old marketing. When you get exposed to enough of it or have to look after many of your own clients, you see that sometimes the most bizarre techniques can actually get you the biggest results. Let’s look at internet marketing for a second, and the various ways we ‘do things’ in our day to day. We pick products to endorse, we buy ads everywhere, we get domains and set up tiny urls, we get opt-ins and autoresponders, we do upsells and retention campaigns, we re-cycle lists to keep trying to monetize them, we partner with others to do all of the above on a bigger scale… all in the hope of getting sales, affiliates, and at the end of the day consider yourself a good marketer paying his/her way through life with an internet connection…handsomely, hopefully!

Ok so ‘that other thought’ - everyone likes ‘free’ right? And everyone likes ‘money’ right? When you launch a campaign based around generous marketing or as I like to call ‘karma’ marketing - you have no idea what kind of buzz you can generate! Car manufacturers give cars away at promos or car lots all the time as prizes , in a branding effort, or a community effort, balloons are given away to kids at carnivals for the same - the feeling - the thought - it’s memorable and you’ll come back next time with a smile…. Marketers do it ‘every day’ and they do it in many different ways… but - there IS usually a catch, there IS usually someone, somewhere - that will want to monetize you or put other offers in front of you, I am no different! However this can also be done in a transparent way and under a good light…

Imagine if… you could offer someone some solid - genuine advice today. No really - some information that they perhaps were ‘craving’ for and having a really hard time finding… You might think of consulting or lawyering or a specialist you might hire or have hired. Now if YOU were the person that had the knowledge and information, how valuable would it be to you if you gave it away to your peers for free? How much ‘detail’ would you share? How much do you think you would be appreciated for offering someone that information - that could in fact make a big difference in their pockets and earnings? Sounds fishy right? of course, we’re all use to it - however when you have something people want, and you do a contest or a giveaway that is money related, you’re going to see that the response is huge and you will make an impression…

Here are two examples of such experiences, this goes to further shed light on a mass scale of all of the above.

How Do I Launch A ClickBank CJ Or PayDotCom Digital Product?!

Posted by ncmedia in: Affiliate Marketing 101, Making Money Baby!

Due to the recent boom with the digital product market - I am noticing more and more people in this game switch their day to day affiliate ventures to a more complex and potentially rewarding game - becoming a vendor.

How Do I Launch A Clickbank Product?“I GOT IT!! I’ve been doing ok as an affiliate, I think it’s time to start my own product and affiliate program…”

There are thousands of people that launch products everyday hoping and praying that the offer will convert well, and attract a huge crew of affiliates in order to maximize their time and leverage their ‘offer’. In fact - almost every single day when I login to the various marketing forums to see ‘what’s up’, I notice is yet another newbie vendor pushing a sales letter generated page and their new ‘product’. I would confidently say that 90% of them enter the market prematurely and get very few if ANY conversions - and so they now realize that affiliate marketing is sometimes better from the affiliate point of view - and they fail miserably at being a vendor.

Now - having said all that - what DOES one need to do in order to have a successful launch? to attract both super affiliates and customers by the dozen the moment it launches? How do you get affiliates if you have low stats or no stats? How do you get super affiliates to switch and properly recruit them to your programs? It’s a battle zone and shark pool if you ask me!

So - being here for a while myself now, and having gone through dozens of launches over the years for products, services, events, people, websites, tv shows and so on - I actually found the process to come somewhat natural to me. Some people are just born to be better vendors and business owners than others. Today is your lucky day because I’m going to expose many of my tactics to you so that perhaps YOU can give some REALLY good thought to your next launch, or your first one!

Step 1. “The idea” - You did it! You found a few niche markets, you mined them, you figured out a GREAT new product or service idea that would fit well in the marketplace… GREAT! You need to a)Make the product (e-book/video guide/audio guide/membership/etc-digital). b)Buy the product - if you don’t understand this - it’s called PLR (Private Label Rights) or MRR (Master Resale Rights) or white label rebranding etc. There is actually quite a few people out there that run PLR/MRR sites for software, e-books, reports etc. and it may not be hard to ‘find’ a cool product to monetize. So day one is complete, let’s say you chose a cooking recipe site with ebooks and audio guides for this example.

Step 2. “Recruitment” - Because your focus will not be customer based (yet), your focus will be affiliate recruitment - YOU NEED TO START NOW! You need to get your .com and put up an opt-in form right away, with your program description underneath it - i.e. “New recipe offer - Affiliates keep 75% - launching xx - come on board early and…”.

Step 3. “Your Brand” - Here is where most people go wrong. YOU MUST understand the importance of branding yourself well. YOU MUST! I can (and will) fill up 20 posts with branding alone - to be short and sweet though, make sure you have a great logo, style guide, color theme, font theme, stock photo theme, product/boxes/books/graphic theme, and importantly - GREAT navigation with your interface. This will take you a long time even if you outsource it however it will be worth it.

Step 4. “Your Site” - Today you will finalize your site: You made sure that - You designed it well. You either hired a copywriter or are a great writer yourself, you have an amazing greased slide read that is broken up well with graphics, bullets, and proper formatting. You have testimonials, proof of end results, great calls to action and your ‘order now’ area/links are very well thought out. Piece of cake right? :)

Step 5. “Your marketing” - Here is your affiliate recruitment page - this is a page that is filled with marketing material that you and your affiliates will use to go to market with. This is VERY important, the more assets you have to play with, the bigger your outreach and the stronger your penetration into the markets. For a good example of one of these pages visit: http://www.nichechoppers.com/niche-product-thefatrichpig.html

Step 6. Ok - Now you have enough done that you can or should have started to approach others who can act as helpers in your blitz campaign. Hopefully your front page is recruiting well, and you are keeping in touch with people that opted in once in a while to give them updates. Here you must announce your actual launch date, and make sure that you and your team all launch together to really ‘hit’ the markets. You show your team the marketing material and tell them to get ready to promote.

Step 7. You’re 2 weeks away - switch your front page to a HOT ‘coming soon - here is why YOU need this’ page. This page now has an opt-in for customers to fill out so you can notify them when you are ready to fulfill orders. Make an ‘affiliates’ button on the bottom of the page. Point it to your marketing material page.

Step 8. Setup a test campaign with google/yahoo/msn on your own to test the conversions of your sales page - YOU WILL need to tweak it, and will want to maximize it BEFORE your affiliates get their hands on it because if it does not convert for YOU - it won’t convert for them AND they will probably leave you shortly after their first test campaigns.

Step 9. You’re a few days away from your launch, you setup a back door for your affiliates to start to get some pre-sales and testing/warming up to their campaigns. You’ll probably have a lot of last minute adjustments that will need to be made. LISTEN to your affiliates and team - they are the ones that will automate your revenue streams- LISTEN to them.

Step 10. Launch Day - You give the green light to your affiliates, partners, list owners etc. that they can promote - right after you switch your index page (home page) to your official final draft of your sales letter. Once you do this it’s a rollercoaster from here - OR - it dies quickly and everyone leaves because the offer is defective and not converting. << It happens - and I myself cannot say that ‘every’ single launch I’ve had has been huge - but I CAN say that with each launch, things get better and seem even more natural, so if your first product is a bust - don’t sweat it, consider it a practice run.

Post Launch. You might think that as a vendor you have it made - things are easy - everyone is working for you - you just collect fat pay checks. Well ok some of that IS indeed true. However here is a part of being a vendor one often overlooks and then finds it tedious to have to render:

*Customer support - IF YOUR PRODUCT goes HUGE - YOU will have a LOT of customer support to deal with. That’s a ‘good’ thing though. I would rather deal with small little problems all day due to payments and order instead of chasing them to begin with - If I can make a million by dealing with peoples download problems or other delivery problems - my only answer is “pass me the phone I’ll start right now”.

*Affiliate recruitment - You’re always going to be recruiting into your army - ALWAYS - you’re like a gang leader, and must preach to your crew that they need to recruit too - however they will refuse because they want a small team - not a saturated one. You will always be recruiting don’t forget that.

*Affiliate support - Often uderestimated. Affiliates have their own set of needs, and you must tend to them. You must help them shape their campaigns, offer them advice, give them what they need in order to make YOU money.

*Maintenance/updates - You will need to make new creatives once in a while, new articles, new videos, new ’stuff’ in order to keep you and your affiliates campaigns fresh.

*Competitive Intel - You will need to watch those close to your circle, and see if they are doing anything sparatic that can potentially harm your positioning. Always know what your competitors are doing.

*Management - Day to day you will have various little things you’ll need to do. You’ll notice a few of your affiliates might be bad apples, you’ll notice your site slow down or error or get hacked, you’ll notice you’re NOT converting NOR is anyone for a while, you’ll have to keep your ship running smoothly and with a smile yet firm and confident nature. Don’t forget - you are the owner of a big operation now - and you have a huge sales team to look after - a huge monetization closed loop that you must keep squeeky clean in order for it all to equate to that elusive first thought and end goal - MONEY. If you do all of this, and you succeed - what do you do? Launch another product, and another - soon you will have an array of revenue streams, some will outdo others, some will fail miserably, overall though - THAT is leverage.

Before you come to market, do some great research on both your idea and what’s already out there. chances are whatever you are thinking of launching - has already been done over and over - however don’t let that stop you, just DO IT BETTER and you WILL succeed!

Yours In Success,
Norb.

Hackers Getting Hacked - It’s a Black Hat World After All… ..

Posted by ncmedia in: Blackhat Greyhat Marketing

odd topic for me, but why not?

Black hat forum got hackedHacker: A person(s) that uses sensitive information or gains access to such via backend shifty, shady, black hat ways… Otherwise known as: Spammers, Phishers (phising is still strong), Crackers, Crackz, Serialz, and I could go on… ..

It’s not uncommon know a days, when you go to a site you like or frequent, only to see that it’s down. It might say ‘down for maintenance’ or sometimes, it might even say ‘this site hacked by xx’ in huge bold letters, to let everyone know and see their achievement. Do they get rep for this? Is it a hacker vs. hacker world? Nope - they target anyone and everyone. They may have a purpose, they may just want to know that ‘they still got it’, or to simply see if they can get away with it.

Sucks for anyone that falls victim to it. Frankly, I’ve been there - I’ve had to move sites, pull backups, change all my settings/servers etc. and it’s NOT fun. So how much would it be worth to you - if YOU were a big .com - to have someone ‘quietly take down your competition’. No, that was not a typo - in this game it happens all the time.

A digital hitman is sent to see what they can fuss with on any given site that they are assigned by their ‘client’. If one competitor holds half your potential revenue, imagine how valuable ‘having them down for a week’ can be for you and your branding… .. say if you were… .. doing a big marketing blitz, conveniently JUST while they were down? Yeh, you get the idea… It’s real people - and happens every day.

So now let’s think about this scenario. I actually enjoy being in the know - when it comes to blackhat and grayhat marketing. I would never practice it but just knowing what the limits are, and what the possibilities are in this world… .. just fascinates me - AND teaches you to be a MUCH better white hat marketer - trust me.

Having said that - what happens when you put a few thousand of these blackhat marketers under the same roof? You try to put up and promote a blackhat community, to share and swap ideas, to engage yourself into a whole array of dirty sneaky illegal and wrong practices. To learn how to better protect yourself - and if you’re like me, to also see if YOUR OWN products are in there being chopped ;)

Are these bad people in these BH forums? Nope - in fact - I’d say about 80% are there like me - to get educated and know their limits - they are actually very nice people and no different than any white hat. The other 20%, well I have no opinion of them. They participate in or share things that they perhaps shouldn’t, however they perhaps should - so we can see viable proof that this stuff does exist and it is real. Would it be better to be naive? Ignorance is bliss? I think not.

So the point to my rant today - I went to one of these forums today - only to find - that it had been hacked!! I couldn’t help but kind of sit back and laugh. I know its not funny to the owners though, it’s a busy forum! It was on it’s way to do some big things and probably still will - but while it is down - well, they are losing money, respect, and perhaps their competitors are all having a little giggle (or now paying their digital hitman for a good job).

Protect yourself people! Back your sites up, back your clients sites up, and if YOU are a hacker, please at the very least - believe in karma.

Norb.

Can You Steal Someones Affiliate Commission? Spy Tools For ClickBank, PayDotCom?? Part2

Posted by ncmedia in: Affiliate Marketing 101, Blackhat Greyhat Marketing, Branding & Design, Making Money Baby!, Top Level Random Posts

The Fat Rich PigIt’ Down Right Dirty ! However, conveniently legal too (unless you’re on the receiving end of getting hi-jacked). It’s been a popular tactic lately in the affiliate world - to spy, learn from and outdo your competitors be they affiliates or vendors. To snoop and copy their profitable PPC or BUM marketing campaigns and steal your revenue streams by shaping competing campaigns, outbidding you, outwriting you, recruiting more than you, and ultimately making MUCH more money than you! If you don’t fight back you might as well kiss your campaigning good-bye along with your conversions and profits.

To stay competitive in the affiliate marketing world - especially digitial product markets like clickbank or paydotcom etc., you MUST be able to outperform your fellow affiliate or vendor. You must be able to know exactly when they are making moves and how they are marketing. You must be able to reach lucrative super affiliates faster and recruit more like them in as little time as possible. Some people have huge affiliate lists, huge campaigns penetrating the markets and huge competitive intel they’ve already gathered - which has taken years and many product launches to build - only to have any beginner swoop in and sweep his/her data from under their nose all with a legal and automated way.

It’s not NEW at all actually! Competitive intelligence and analytics is a HUGE part of any business and objective. Anyone that checks their web stats, PPC campaigns, blogs, articles etc. can all attest to data mining being lucrative… Affiliate Marketing Tools Like TheFatRichPig’s Affiliate Crusher are said to be the new era of spy vs. spy money makers. These recruitment automation and competition destroying advantages are… well… ANY marketers dream come true really. These tools are not really blackhat, they simply fast-track data mining and do research for you within a click or two that would usually take you months!

i think i speak on behalf of any affiliate marketer when I say ‘fluctuation SUCKS!’ I’ve stopped wondering about fluctuation and sudden drops in sales or why my affiliates all left… in fact i’ve done rather well since using these spy tools and kind of wish I had them since day one - It’s like hands on learn while you do/earn college that trains you to be a marketing sniper the moment you get your hands on it. I’ve learned a lof about my campaigning mistakes, why others are profiting so much, and how these big launches bring in fortunes with tons of affiliates on board from day one. There’s a whole lot to be said about competitive intelligence after all! >> http://www.thefatrichpig.com
